JOB OVERVIEW

Marketing & Executive Assistant - Remote

Working Hours: Australian Eastern Time (Melbourne); Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm

About the Role

We are looking for a mature, highly organised and proactive Marketing & Executive Assistant to join our growing Australian business. This is a long-term role for someone who enjoys variety and takes pride in delivering high-quality work.

You will support the business across social media, website updates, content creation, marketing activities and general executive assistance. We are looking for someone who is a self-starter, able to manage priorities independently, and committed to following through on tasks from start to finish.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys combining creativity with strong administrative and organisational skills.

Software Experience. Experience with some of the following is preferred:

- Canva
- Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn
- WordPress or website content management systems
- ChatGPT and AI tools
- Email marketing platforms
- CRM systems
- Microsoft Office/Excel

Home Office Requirements
- Their own desktop computer or laptop with a minimum Intel Core i5 processor, (or equivalent) with headset and additional monitor to work effectively.
- Dedicated and quiet workspace free from excessive background noise.
- Reliable and high-speed internet connection
- Stable electricity and the ability to work uninterrupted during Australian business hours.
