Image & Video Editor (Ecommerce)

We're a fast-growing ecommerce company running paid ad campaigns across multiple markets. Creative is our edge — we work AI-first and reward strong work with bonuses.

We're looking for an Image & Video Editor who creates high-performing ecommerce ad creatives, localizes winning ads into new markets, and works hands-on with our AI stack: Claude Code, Claude Skills, and Higgsfield.

You bring:
- Proven experience editing image and video ads for ecommerce
- A strong sense of what makes creatives convert
- Real, hands-on AI proficiency (or the drive to learn it fast)
- Clear communication and a willingness to learn and help build our AI workflow
- Speed and high quality

2. How long do you need to create 10 Image variations?
3. Can you use Claude and Claude Skills? If yes, how have you used them?
