JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for someone who can help businesses get the most out of Acumatica.

At Hutility, we build and support solutions that improve business operations through ERP systems, automation, integrations, and custom applications.

We're looking for an Acumatica Consultant who can guide clients through implementation, configuration, optimization, and ongoing support of the Acumatica ERP platform.

What you'll be doing
• Gather and analyze business requirements from clients and stakeholders
• Configure and implement Acumatica solutions based on business needs
• Provide functional consulting and best-practice recommendations
• Support ERP implementations, upgrades, and system enhancements
• Assist with testing, validation, and user acceptance activities
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional and system issues
• Create documentation and user training materials
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for end users
• Collaborate with developers and project teams on customizations and integrations
• Help clients improve workflows and operational efficiency using Acumatica

What we're looking for
• 3+ years of Acumatica consulting, implementation, or support experience
• Strong knowledge of Acumatica ERP modules such as:
- Financial Management
- Distribution
- Inventory Management
- Purchasing
- Sales Order Management
- CRM
- Manufacturing (preferred)
• Experience leading or participating in ERP implementation projects
• Strong business process analysis skills
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to communicate with clients, stakeholders, and technical teams
• Experience with user training and change management activities
• Familiarity with SQL and reporting tools is a plus

Bonus points if you have experience with
• Acumatica customization projects
• REST APIs and integrations
• Business process automation
• Reporting and dashboard development
• Sage 300 or other ERP platforms
• Experience with implementation projects, data migration, process mapping, user training, and post-go-live support.
