JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for someone who knows Sage 300 inside and out.

At Hutility, we help organizations improve operations through ERP implementations, customizations, integrations, automation, and business process improvements.

We're looking for a Sage 300 Consultant who can work closely with clients to understand their requirements, configure solutions, troubleshoot issues, and help deliver successful ERP projects.

What you'll be doing
• Gather and analyze business requirements from clients and stakeholders
• Configure and implement Sage 300 modules based on client needs
• Provide functional consulting and process recommendations
• Support system enhancements, upgrades, and integrations
• Assist with data migration, validation, and testing activities
• Troubleshoot and resolve Sage 300 issues
• Create documentation, training materials, and user guides
• Conduct user training sessions and knowledge transfer
• Collaborate with developers, project managers, and support teams
• Participate in ERP implementation and optimization projects

What we're looking for
• 3+ years of hands-on Sage 300 consulting, implementation, or support experience
• Strong understanding of Sage 300 modules such as:
- Financials (GL, AP, AR)
-Inventory Control
-Order Entry
-Purchase Orders
-Project and Job Costing (preferred)
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into system solutions
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with ERP implementations or upgrade projects
• Familiarity with SQL and database concepts is a plus
• Experience working with customizations, third-party integrations, or reporting tools is a plus

Bonus points if you have experience with
• Sage 300 customizations
• Crystal Reports
• Business Intelligence and reporting solutions
• ERP process automation
• Acumatica or other ERP platforms
• Experience with implementation projects, data migration, process mapping, user training, and post-go-live support.
