We are currently looking for a Remote Office Employee:

Your responsibilities:
* Coordination and allocation of applicants across all service sectors of our business

* Personnel responsibility for freelancers and part-time employees

* Primary contact person for clients and staff

* Preparation and issuance of invoices for services provided to clients

* Entering data into customer evaluation spreadsheets

* Planning and creating fieldwork routes

* Preparing and issuing invoices to clients

Monday – Friday: Working hours: 08:00 a.m. - 18:00 p.m.
One Saturday per month

Working hours may be adjusted if required by operational needs. It is important that there is a willingness to remain reachable by phone for our customers and employees outside of these hours as well.

Compensation:
USD 1300,00 per month

Payment is processed via invoicing (freelance basis). Payment can be 2-weekly or monthly by using Paypal or a regular bank transfer.

Requirements:
Perfect German language skills (spoken and written), min. B2+, better C1
Proficiency in Excel and Word
Familiarity with modern communication tools such as WhatsApp and email
Availability to be reached by telephone and respond to inquiries during our clients' business hours

Training and onboarding will be provided, including personal contact via Zoom. You will have a dedicated contact person who will be primarily responsible for your onboarding and will be available to answer any questions you may have. Training and onboarding will take place across various areas of the company. The goal is to enable you to start working independently in various areas as quickly as possible.

We offer you a one-year contract with the option of renewal on an indefinite-term basis.
