Key Responsibilities
- Paid Advertising (PPC): Manage and optimize Google Ads (Search/PMax) and
- SEO & Organic Growth: Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to rank local service pages and drive organic traffic that converts into calls/forms.
- Lead Quality Control: Filter out "tire-kickers." Create targeted audiences and exclusion lists to ensure we only receive serious project inquiries.
- Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitors' ad strategies and keyword rankings to identify gaps and opportunities.
- Reporting: Provide weekly reports on lead volume, lead quality, conversion rates, and ad spend efficiency.
Requirements
- 2+ years managing Google Ads and
- Industry Knowledge: Highly Preferred – Prior experience in construction, roofing, remodeling, or home services is a MUST.
- Hands-on experience with keyword research (Ahrefs/SEMrush), local SEO, and optimizing landing pages for conversion.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and CRM data tracking.
