JOB OVERVIEW

We're a U.S.-based business brokerage firm building two professional marketing websites. All the written copy is already finished, and we have stock images ready. We need a skilled website builder who can take our content and turn it into clean, professional, impressive websites — quickly.
We prefer building in ---------- , but if you're highly skilled in Webflow, Figma Sites, or a similar modern visual builder, we want to hear from you. We value speed, a great eye for design, and the smart use of AI tools to work efficiently.
What you'll do

Build professional, responsive websites from copy and images we provide
Lay out pages cleanly with a corporate, trustworthy, premium look
Make sure every site looks excellent on both desktop and mobile
Connect simple contact/lead forms so submissions reach us
Use AI tools where helpful to work faster
Make revisions based on our feedback until the site is polished

What we're looking for

Proven experience building sites in Framer, Webflow, Figma Sites, or similar
A portfolio of clean, professional, modern websites (please send live links)
A strong eye for layout, spacing, and typography
Good written English and the ability to follow detailed written instructions
Comfort using AI tools to speed up design and build work
Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to meet deadlines

Nice to have

Specific experience with Framer
Experience with corporate, financial, or professional-services websites
Basic understanding of SEO and site performance
