JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for reliable and skilled chat support agents to join our international remote team. This is a full-time position with a fixed daily schedule of eight hours, five to six days per week.

Your main task will be to manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining a friendly, engaging, and natural writing style. You’ll follow pre-written templates and conversation flows but should also feel confident adjusting your tone and creating your own messages when needed to keep the conversation active and authentic.

Strong communication skills, quick thinking, and fast typing are essential for this role. Applicants should have a stable laptop and internet connection, a typing speed of at least 60–70 words per minute, and excellent written English. Previous experience in chat-based communication, client engagement, or sales-oriented roles is highly preferred.
