Luminexa Group is seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Social Media Advertising Specialist to join our remote marketing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling paid social advertising campaigns across major platforms. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capabilities with strategic thinking and a deep understanding of digital advertising best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Execution
Develop, launch, and manage high-performing paid social advertising campaigns.
Create and implement audience targeting, bidding, and budget allocation strategies.
Continuously optimize campaigns to improve performance and maximize return on investment.
Performance Optimization
Monitor and improve key performance indicators, including:
Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
Cost Per Acquisition (CPA)
Click-Through Rate (CTR)
Conversion Rate (CVR)
Identify growth opportunities and implement data-driven optimization strategies.
Analytics & Reporting
Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights.
Prepare clear and comprehensive performance reports for stakeholders.
Utilize analytics platforms and attribution tools to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
Collaboration & Innovation
Work closely with creative, content, and marketing teams to develop compelling ad creatives and messaging.
Conduct ongoing creative testing, audience experimentation, and campaign refinement.
Stay informed about platform updates, emerging trends, and industry best practices.
Campaign Scaling
Scale successful campaigns while maintaining efficiency and account stability.
Manage medium to large advertising budgets with a strong focus on profitability and sustainable growth.

Proven experience managing paid social advertising campaigns.
Strong expertise in:
Audience targeting
Campaign optimization

Performance analysis

Experience managing significant advertising budgets.
Proficiency with analytics, reporting, and marketing performance tools.
