Amazon Online Arbitrage Sourcer

ONLINE ARBITRAGE PRODUCT SOURCER – FULL TIME

We are a growing Amazon Online Arbitrage business looking to hire one full-time Product Sourcer for a long-term role with room for growth and advancement. This position begins with a 5-day paid trial period before transitioning into a full-time role.

We are building a long-term operation and are looking for dependable tea ---------- mbers who want to grow with us and eventually step into leadership or management roles.

This is a full-time exclusive position. Applicants currently sourcing for other Amazon sellers or working with multiple OA clients will not be considered.

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Online Arbitrage Product Sourcer who can consistently identify profitable products while following company systems and SOPs.

The ideal candidate is dependable, proactive, analytical, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

All leads are expected to be independently researched, meet our sourcing criteria, and align with company SOPs. We have internal systems in place to maintain sourcing quality and originality.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Source 10–15 profitable, in-stock leads per day
• Maintain a lead approval rate of 75% or higher
• Conduct high-quality product research using approved sourcing methods
• Ensure sourced products meet profitability and purchasing standards
• Follow, maintain, and help improve SOPs
• Communicate clearly with tea ---------- mbers
• Maintain consistency in daily workflow and lead submissions

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

Applicants must have:

• Previous Online Arbitrage sourcing experience
• Keepa experience
• SellerAmp/SAS experience
• Reliable internet connection
• Ability to work full-time, 40 hours per week
• Strong communication skills
• High attention to detail
• Strong analytical ability

• Buy Box behavior
• Product competition

Because many of our tea ---------- mbers are located outside the United States, a VPN is required to access and source from U.S.-based retailers. Applicants should already have experience using a VPN while sourcing products.

Each lead must meet the following criteria:
• Minimum 30% ROI
• Low sales rank
• In stock and immediately purchasable
• Keepa chart showing a low probability of dropping below break-even pricing

2. Submit a 3–5 Minute Sourcing Video

Please include a 3–5 minute screen-recorded sourcing video showing:

• How you found the lead
• Your sourcing method
• SellerAmp/SAS analysis
• Keepa analysis
• Why you believe the lead is profitable/ a good lead

3. Answer the Application Questions

HIRING PROCESS

Stage 3: 5-Day Paid Trial Period

Selected candidates will complete a 5-day paid trial period.

During the paid trial, candidates will be evaluated on:

• Ability to follow SOPs
• Overall fit within the team

Candidates who successfully complete the trial period may be offered a long-term full-time position.

Frequent unexcused absences, missed workdays, or extended communication gaps will not be tolerated.

COMMUNICATION EXPECTATIONS

Communication is extremely important, especially during onboarding and training.

During your first few weeks, frequent communication will be expected to ensure you fully understand our sourcing criteria, SOPs, and workflow.

We would rather answer questions early than have mistakes made due to assumptions.

Candidates should be comfortable communicating through WhatsApp and/or ---------- and providing regular updates throughout the workday when requested.
