Part-Time Legal Research & Lead Generation Specialist (U.S. Court Records & Attorney Research)
We are seeking a highly analytical research specialist who enjoys investigating public records, court filings, attorney information, legal matters, and business intelligence opportunities.
This role is ideal for candidates with experience in:

We are seeking a detail-oriented RED TEAM Intelligence Specialist to identify newly filed legal matters that are likely to require valuation, appraisal, expert witness, or litigation support services.
This is NOT a sales position.
This is an intelligence and research position focused on identifying opportunities before competitors discover them.
You will investigate court records, public records, legal filings, attorney information, and law firms throughout the United States.
Primary Responsibilities
Research newly filed court cases and public records.
Identify and record:
• Attorney of record
• Law firm
• Practice area
• Fiduciary or trustee (when available)
• Case type
• Filing date
• Court location
• Case number
• Property-related issues
• Estimated valuation opportunity level
Research and monitor cases involving:
Probate & Estate Matters
• Probate administration
• Estate administration
• Estate disputes
• Will contests
• Executor disputes
• Personal representative disputes
Trust & Fiduciary Matters
• Trust litigation
• Trustee disputes
• Trust accounting disputes
• Beneficiary disputes
• Breach of fiduciary duty claims
Real Estate & Valuation Matters
• Partition actions
• Partition by sale
• Conservatorship property sales
• Guardianship property sales
• Eminent domain
• Condemnation
• Inverse condemnation
• Property tax appeals
• Real estate damage claims
• Construction defect litigation
• Diminution in value claims
