We are an established Reddit marketing platform serving clients worldwide. We're scaling up and looking for a serious, Reddit-savvy person to own one specific thing: building and managing a network of people who have real, active Reddit accounts, and coordinating the work that flows through them.
This is not a generic VA role. You need to genuinely understand how Reddit works, karma, account age, subreddit rules, shadowbans, what gets removed and why. If you don't know what CQS or a shadowban is, this role isn't for you.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Recruit and grow a network of reliable people who own real Reddit accounts (or have access to accounts in good standing)
- Onboard, vet, and manage these account holders as your team
- Assign and coordinate tasks across the network (comments, posts, upvotes) based on client orders we send you
- Quality-check work before it's delivered: right subreddit, natural-looking, not removed
- Keep your network active, reliable, and growing over time
- Track who did what, handle payouts to your network, and report results back to us
WHO YOU ARE:
- Deeply familiar with Reddit (you use it daily and understand the culture)
- You already have OR can quickly build a community/network of Reddit account holders
- Organized and reliable, you can manage people and tasks without being micromanaged
- Good written English for coordinating with us and your network
- Discreet and professional, you understand this is a marketing service business
BONUS POINTS:
- You already run or are part of a group of Reddit users / freelancers
- Experience with Reddit marketing, SMM, or social media growth
- Familiar with tools for managing multiple accounts
PAY:
We're open on structure, salary, per-task, commission, or a mix. Tell us what makes sense for you based on what you can deliver. Strong performers will grow with us as we scale.
TO APPLY:
Don't send a generic application. Tell us:
1. Your experience with Reddit (how long, what you've done)
2. Do you currently have a network of Reddit account holders? How many? If not, how would you build one?
3. Share your Reddit username
4. Your proposed pay structure
Applications that answer these get reviewed first. We're hiring someone serious for the long term.
