About the Company
Patrick Capital Group LLC is the company behind The Outcast Investor — a fast-growing real estate and financial education brand helping first-generation wealth builders break the cycle of generational poverty. We are early-stage, building in public, and moving fast. We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented contractor to take technical and content tasks off the founder's plate so he can focus on strategy and growth.

The Role
This is a hands-on support role. Your primary job is to keep our sales funnel running smoothly and assist with social media content. The funnel currently takes too much of the founder's time to troubleshoot — your job is to own that problem so it stops being a bottleneck. Over time, strong performers can grow into a larger, ongoing role.

Primary Responsibilities
? Build, edit, and troubleshoot sales funnels inside GoHighLevel (our CRM/funnel platform).
? Diagnose and fix funnel issues quickly — broken steps, form errors, automation that isn't firing, page display problems.
? Connect and test funnel pages, domains, opt-in forms, and email/SMS automations.
? Assist with social media: scheduling posts, light video/graphic editing, organizing content, and basic captions support.
? Keep a simple log of what was changed and what was fixed, so we always know the current status.

What You Must Know
? Hands-on experience building or managing funnels in GoHighLevel (required — please name specific funnels you've built).
? Comfortable troubleshooting technical issues independently without hand-holding.
? Clear written English and responsive communication.
? Reliable internet, able to work remotely, and able to meet small deadlines.
? Bonus: experience with social media scheduling tools and basic video editing (CapCut, Captions, Canva).

Access & Security
You will be given EDITING access to our CRM only — scoped to the funnel work. You will NOT receive owner/admin access, billing access, or our master login. This protects both of us and keeps the working relationship clean and professional.

Compensation
? Starting rate: $4/hour USD.
? Paid 2-hour trial task to start — you complete a short real task so we can see your work before any ongoing commitment.
? Performance bonuses available as part of a longer-term partnership for the right person.
? Room to grow: strong performers will be considered for an expanded, ongoing role with more hours and responsibility.
