Position: Community & Social Media Manager

We are looking for a proactive, reliable, and creative Community & Social Media Manager to help us manage our ---------- community, support our customers, and grow our social media presence.

This is a long-term remote position for someone who enjoys online communities, social media marketing, and customer interaction.

Your Responsibilities

Community Management ( ---------- )

- Respond to and manage customer support tickets within our ---------- server
- Assist customers with basic questions and direct them to the appropriate resources
- Create and publish ---------- announcements for updates, releases, events, and company news
- Keep the ---------- community active and engaging
- Encourage discussions and maintain a positive community atmosphere
- Monitor channels and ensure community guidelines are followed
- Gather community feedback and report common requests or issues to the team

Social Media Management

- Manage and maintain our Instagram, X (Twitter), and TikTok accounts
- Create engaging content related to trading, Orderflow analysis, product features, updates, and community highlights
- Schedule and publish posts consistently
- Develop ideas for short-form content, educational posts, and promotional campaigns
- Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages when necessary
- Help grow our audience and improve overall social media engagement
- Track content performance and suggest improvements

Growth & Marketing Support

- Help increase brand awareness within the trading community
- Identify opportunities to attract new customers and community members
- Support product launches, updates, and promotional campaigns
- Contribute creative ideas for community and marketing growth

Requirements

- Excellent written English
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with ---------- community management
- Experience managing social media platforms (Instagram, X, TikTok)
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva or similar tools)
- Ability to create engaging social media content
- Organized and able to work independently
- Reliable internet connection
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Bonus Qualifications

- Interest in trading, futures trading, or financial markets
- Experience with trading communities
- Experience with video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.)
- Knowledge of ---------- bots and community automation
