JOB OVERVIEW

We run multiple faceless football TikTok/Shorts accounts making fast-paced football content — Top 5s, Top 10s, opinion videos, reactions, countdowns, and football rant-style content.

With the World Cup underway, we need a video editor who can move fast, find strong football clips, follow our format, and turn trending football ---------- nts into short-form videos quickly.

This role is mainly about editing, clip selection, speed, and following the format. You do not need to write full scripts, but you must understand football well enough to find the right clips and spot strong video ideas.

**What you’ll do:**

* Edit football TikTok/Shorts videos in our exact format
* Find strong football clips for World Cup ---------- nts, player ---------- nts, controversies, reactions, shock results, bad refereeing, big goals, missed chances, and viral talking points
* Act quickly when big ---------- nts happen so content can be made while it is still trending
* Match clips to the voiceover/script properly
* Follow our editing style, pacing, captions, hooks, and structure
* Submit video ideas/clips when needed
* Find both reactive World Cup ideas and evergreen football ideas
* Look for ---------- nts that create emotion, debate, shock, nostalgia, outrage, or humour
* Work to a weekly content schedule and communicate clearly

**You are a good fit if:**

* You genuinely know football
* You are following the World Cup closely
* You understand football TikTok/Shorts content
* You can find clips fast
* You can edit in CapCut or similar software
* You understand football fan culture and viral football angles
* You can follow a fixed format exactly
* You are reliable and respond quickly
* You can work fast after big matches or trending ---------- nts

**This role is about:**

* Editing videos
* Finding the right clips
* Spotting strong angles
* Acting quickly
* Following the format
* Understanding what can go viral

**This role is not about:**

* Randomly sending clips with no angle
* Slow research
* Generic edits that don’t fit the account
* Ignoring the format
* Missing deadlines after big football ---------- nts

**Bonus if you have:**

* Experience editing TikTok, YouTube Shorts, or Instagram Reels
* Experience with football pages
* Knowledge of Premier League and World Cup content
* Fast access to football clips/highlights
* Strong understanding of viral football angles

**Important:**

We need someone who can move fast and follow the format. The World Cup moves quickly, so videos need to be made while ---------- nts are still relevant.

This is a high-volume role during the World Cup, with potential to continue into Premier League and evergreen football content after the tournament.
