About Us Deloro Valley is a premier 132-acre hospitality and event venue in California. We need a highly autonomous, remote professional to run our digital marketing engine and HR administration.

The Role This is a full-time, long-term position. You will use GoHighLevel (GHL) and paid ads platforms as your primary marketing tools. You will interact live I tea ---------- etings with our team, often, and need a space to do so. For HR, you must be a self-directed learner; we provide the compliance resources, but you must teach yourself and implement the processes.

Marketing & Paid Ads

Brand Ownership: Maintain and strictly adhere to our brand and tone guidelines across all platforms.

Paid Marketing: Deploy and manage paid ad spend using best practices to generate high-quality event leads.

GHL Management: Run daily social scheduling, manage CRM pipelines, and monitor automation workflows.

Copywriting: Write on-brand copy and manage lead communication via GHL’s unified inbox.

HR Administration (Self-Trained)

Compliance Learning: Master California employment laws (meal breaks, overtime, paperwork) using provided resources, and research and train on the subject topics to become proficient in California labor and employment law. We will pay you to train to become knowedeable.

Recruiting & Onboarding: Post open roles, screen resumes, send offer letters, and collect new-hire paperwork, and help with compliance and tracking, onboarding and offboarding.

Data Tracking: Maintain an organized digital employee database, track staff certifications, self certifications, and handle basic employee and payroll data.

Who You Are

Platform Expert: Hands-on experience with GHL and managing paid digital ad campaigns.

Resourceful Self-Learner: You figure things out independently via research and trial-and-error rather than waiting for step-by-step instructions.

Sharp Communicator: Flawless English, easily switching between an engaging marketing voice and a professional HR tone. Represent well in online tea ---------- etings.

Detail-Obsessed & Discreet: Meticulous with ad metrics and strictly confidential with HR files.

Logistics, Pay & Perks

Compensation: $1,000 – $1,200 USD per month (approx. 56,000 –61,500 PHP), depending on experience, plus mandated 13th-month pay.

Hours: Full-time (40+ hours/week). Note: The hospitality and event industry moves fast. 40 hours plus you will be required to periodically check in on active ad campaigns, workflows, or urgent issues during your time off to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

Schedule: Requires daily overlap with California business hours (Pacific Time).

Growth: Paid training courses and dedicated study time on the clock.
