Business Development & Revenue Systems Lead
Hours: Up to 40 hours/week
Schedule: Primarily U.S. business hours
Location: Remote; Philippines preferred
Reports to: CEO/Founder
We’re looking for a hands-on Business Development & Revenue Systems Lead to help rebuild and operate the revenue engine for Hirewolf, a local lead-generation business. This is not a basic VA or generic lead-scraping role. We need someone who can execute daily, organize incomplete systems, use AI responsibly, and help turn existing sales assets into real clients and revenue.
Your main mission is to help Hirewolf reach our milestones by building a repeatable sales motion: sourcing qualified prospects, running outreach, maintaining CRM discipline, supporting proposals, following up consistently, and reporting progress clearly. Over time, this role may expand possible path toward sales leadership.
What You’ll Do
Research target niches, cities, and local businesses, then build high-quality prospect lists.
Run outreach through
Help rebuild CRM workflows, pipeline stages, follow-up reminders, sales reporting, and outreach playbooks.
Customize proposals, one-page summaries, scripts, and follow-up messages based on prospect needs.
Use AI tools to speed up research, drafting, personalization, and process improvement—without sending generic spam.
Track responses, objections, next steps, meetings booked, proposals sent, and revenue progress.
You’re a Great Fit If You Are
Organized, process-driven, and comfortable working in a developing system.
Experienced in business development, SDR/BDR work, lead generation, appointment setting, sales support, or account research.
Confident with written and verbal English, outreach, follow-up, and rejection.
Comfortable using CRMs, spreadsheets, sales tracking tools, and AI tools.
Able to document your work clearly and keep leadership updated without being chased.
Interested in growing into a larger business development or sales leadership role.
