The role:
We're looking for a Customer Support Specialist to be the front line for our customers over
engineering team.
What you'll do:
- Respond to support tickets
- Walk customers through setup: connecting domains and mailboxes, DNS records (SPF/DKIM/DMARC), warmup
- Troubleshoot common deliverability problems and explain them in plain English
- Write and improve help-center articles and canned responses
- Track recurring issues and flag them to the product team
- Be the friendly, professional voice of the company
You're a great fit if you have:
- Excellent written English (clear, friendly, near-native)
- 2+ years in SaaS customer support
- Comfort with technical concepts — you don't need to be an engineer, but you should pick up DNS,
- Experience with help-desk tools (Intercom, Zendesk, Front, HelpScout, etc.)
- Ownership — you follow through and don't leave tickets hanging
Bonus points:
- Background in
- You already know what SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and "warmup" mean
- You've used Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist, or similar
Hours & pay:
- Full-time, with overlap with US business hours
- $600/month to start, with raises as you grow into the role
- Up to $800+ for someone who brings real
