outreach2day.ai is a B2B SaaS platform that provides cold-email infrastructure and deliverability for sales teams and agencies. Our customers rely on us to set up sending domains, mailboxes, and inbox placement so their email actually gets delivered.

The role:
We're looking for a Customer Support Specialist to be the front line for our customers over email and live chat. You'll help users onboard, set up domains and mailboxes, troubleshoot deliverability issues, answer billing/account questions, and escalate real bugs to the
engineering team.

What you'll do:
- Respond to support tickets (email + live chat) quickly and clearly
- Walk customers through setup: connecting domains and mailboxes, DNS records (SPF/DKIM/DMARC), warmup
- Troubleshoot common deliverability problems and explain them in plain English
- Write and improve help-center articles and canned responses
- Track recurring issues and flag them to the product team
- Be the friendly, professional voice of the company

You're a great fit if you have:
- Excellent written English (clear, friendly, near-native)
- 2+ years in SaaS customer support (email/chat, not phone-only)
- Comfort with technical concepts — you don't need to be an engineer, but you should pick up DNS, email, and deliverability basics fast
- Experience with help-desk tools (Intercom, Zendesk, Front, HelpScout, etc.)
- Ownership — you follow through and don't leave tickets hanging

Bonus points:
- Background in email marketing, cold outreach, deliverability, or email infrastructure
- You already know what SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and "warmup" mean
- You've used Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist, or similar

Hours & pay:
- Full-time, with overlap with US business hours
- $800/month to start, with raises as you grow into the role — we pay well for people who are excellent
- Long-term, stable position
