JOB OVERVIEW

Job Title: Senior Graphic Designer

MOD BIKES is looking for a senior-level Graphic Designer to join our creative team in a long-term role. This position is open to both full-time and part-time candidates.

We’re looking for someone highly creative, detail-oriented, and experienced in creating clean, modern, and conversion-focused designs across digital, print, and product-based projects.

Role Overview

You will support a variety of creative projects, including:

• Website graphics and product renderings
• Marketing ads and promotional creatives
• PDF layouts and branded documents
• Email campaign designs
• Product graphics and mockups
• Product guides, user manuals, and instructional materials
• Branding and visual communication assets

The ideal candidate has strong design judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with a fast-moving marketing and creative team.

Key Requirements

• Senior-level graphic design experience
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital, marketing, and brand design work
• Experience with website visuals, product mockups, and renderings
• Ability to design clean, professional PDFs, guides, and manuals
• Experience creating email creatives and ad assets
• Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage revisions professionally
• Availability to overlap at least 2–3 hours during CST business hours

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with consumer brands or e-commerce companies
• Familiarity with product-focused design workflows
• Basic understanding of marketing and conversion-focused design
• Motion graphics or light video editing experience is a plus
