JOB OVERVIEW

A story of a baby startup marketing agency with a huge marketing ad budget behind - We’d like to be at $5M in revenue by the end of this year 2026 and we want you to be a part of it. You’re joining as an executive assistant but the goal is much bigger than that.

Let me introduce myself first, my name is Reda and I’m the founder of BoldFlo. A new marketing & consulting agency that specializes in payment processing setup, tax structure optimizations & marketing services. I’ve started this company with one goal in mind : Let entrepreneurs hone in their genius activities that push their business forward while we take care of what’s holding them back from it, more specifically the payment structure & the proper setup to handle small & big volume. We’re looking for a serious assistant who has preferably at least a bachelor in marketing & management, worked with a marketing agency before & onboarded clients, who’s fluent in English, active when needed to, team oriented, takes feedback & implements it to become better. You’ll be in charge of onboarding our clients which are mostly in e-commerce inside their dedicated what’s app group. You’ll guide them through the whole delivery process until they get their promised deliverables. We’ll get into more details with specific instructions & dedicated SOPs once you get hired. There will be a weekly paid trial where you'll be granted the company's resources & start onboarding our new clients.

This will be a fast paced environment so if you feel like you won’t be able to handle the pressure or can’t take blunt honest feedback that will help you & the agency grow, this won't be a fit position for you. However, if you’re ambitious you’ll have the opportunity to take on more responsibility, earn more & become a key part of the company’s growth.
