JOB OVERVIEW

E-Commerce Operations & Content Specialist (Full-Time)

We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Operations & Content Specialist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing online stores, optimizing product listings, creating engaging content, and improving overall e-commerce operations.

What You'll Do

Shopify Store Management

Manage and maintain our Shopify store
Update themes, collections, menus, pages, and apps
Upload and organize products and collections
Troubleshoot issues and improve customer experience

Marketplace Management

Manage product listings across Walmart, Target Plus, Wayfair, Faire, Etsy, eBay, and other marketplaces
Launch new products and maintain listing accuracy
Resolve listing errors and compliance issues
Monitor marketplace performance and recommend improvements

Product Content Management

Upload and maintain product information, specifications, and descriptions
Optimize listings for search visibility and conversions
Ensure consistency across all sales channels

Creative Content & Design

Create and edit product images and graphics
Design product infographics, catalogs, flyers, banners, and marketing materials
Maintain brand consistency across all creative assets

Operational Support

Research and implement tools that improve efficiency
Streamline workflows and support e-commerce growth initiatives
Work independently while managing multiple projects and deadlines
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience managing Shopify stores
Experience managing products across multiple online marketplaces
Strong understanding of e-commerce operations and merchandising
Experience handling large product catalogs
Knowledge of product SEO and conversion optimization
Experience creating and editing product images and marketing materials
Proficiency with Canva Pro and/or Adobe Creative Suite
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with wholesale or B2B e-commerce
Experience with inventory management and product synchronization tools
Familiarity with CSV imports, bulk product uploads, and feed management
Basic HTML and CSS knowledge
Experience using automation tools and workflow optimization solutions
