JOB OVERVIEW

One of the largest and highest-rated residential cleaning companies in New Jersey is looking for a Virtual Assistant who is passionate about helping customers, comfortable with sales, and highly organized.
This is not a passive customer service role. We are looking for someone who enjoys speaking with people, building relationships, following up with leads, and helping customers find the right cleaning solution for their homes.

This is a Thursday - Monday position

• Answer incoming phone calls, text messages, emails, and website inquiries

• Speak with prospective customers and convert leads into booked appointments

• Follow up with estimates, abandoned inquiries, and unsold opportunities

• Assist customers with scheduling, rescheduling, and recurring service requests

• Help retain customers by addressing concerns and finding solutions

• Communicate with cleaning staff regarding schedules and customer requests

• Maintain accurate customer records in our CRM and scheduling software

• Assist with review requests, referral programs, and customer retention campaigns

• Support day-to-day administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and spoken)

• Excellent phone and communication skills

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, appointment setting, or call center work preferred

• Comfortable handling objections and asking for the sale

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment

• Professional, positive, and friendly attitude

• Experience with CRMs, scheduling software, and Google Workspace is a plus
