What the job looks like day to day:

Moving deals forward — tracking transaction timelines, managing deadlines, organizing files end to end
Doing the research — pulling county records, reviewing title information, confirming data accuracy
Getting documents in hand — reaching out to county offices and agents, following up until complete
Running the CRM — keeping every contact and deal record updated, clean, and reliable
Handling the numbers — categorizing business expenses in Excel or QuickBooks

You're the right person if:

You're naturally detail-oriented and thorough without being reminded
You communicate professionally — confident on calls, clear in writing, fast on follow-ups
You manage yourself well and act on what needs to be done without waiting for direction
You can work 9:00 PM – 5:00 AM PH time (9 AM – 5 PM EST)
