Wisegigs is a small, fast-moving web & digital services company. We build and support WordPress websites, hosting solutions, and other online services for businesses.
We are looking for a Greek-speaking Customer Support & Sales Assistant to help us with daily client communication, support requests, follow-ups, and basic coordination between clients and our internal team.
The role is mainly focused on communication with Greek-speaking clients, so Greek language is required. The working schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Greece time, 8 hours per day.
What you will do:
You will help with tasks such as:
-Communicating with clients by
-Understanding client requests and forwarding them clearly to the technical team
-Following up with clients about website updates, support issues, hosting, domains, and other online services
-Helping organize client communication and project updates
-Supporting basic sales communication when needed
-Scheduling or joining meetings with potential clients
-Keeping communication polite, clear, and professional
Required:
-Ability to speak and understand Greek at a conversational level
-Good written communication skills
-Availability Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Greece time
-Reliability, organization, and attention to detail
-Willingness to learn how web services and WordPress website support work
Nice to have:
Experience or basic understanding of web services is a strong plus. For example, knowing what these are:
--Domain names
--Hosting / servers
--WordPress websites
--Website support
--Website updates
--Basic client support processes
You do not need to be a developer, but you should be comfortable learning the basics so you can communicate better with clients.
Important note about Greek language
Greek is required for this position. If you believe you can communicate in Greek well enough to understand clients and have a basic conversation, we are happy to schedule a short meeting and check together.
Salary
$400 / month starting salary
There are future growth opportunities, including possible salary increases based on performance, consistency, and responsibility.
The role may also include sales bonuses for successful client conversions, especially if the candidate becomes involved in sales communication and follow-ups.

8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Greece time
8 hours per day
