We are looking for a performance-driven Video Editor to create high-converting video ads across Google, Meta, TikTok, or Pinterest. We don’t care about fancy, cinematic edits we need someone who deeply understands customer psychology, direct-response frameworks, and what actually triggers a purchase. Your goal is to make people buy, not just make things look pretty.
What You'll Do:
Cut raw footage into scroll-stopping, high-ROAS ads that tap directly into consumer psychology.
Focus heavily on testing first-3-second hooks, pacing, and buyer retention rather than flashy transitions.
Leverage AI video generation tools (like Higgsfield, Sedance, Veo 3, Sora, or Kling) to rapidly generate, iterate, and scale winning creative assets.
Requirements:
Proven track record editing for DTC e-commerce brands (jewelry niche preferred).
An obsession with direct-response ad structures and high-converting marketing psychology.
Strong ability to prioritize conversion metrics over aesthetic perfection.
