JOB OVERVIEW

Otio Academy is looking for a confident, organised and proactive Sports Academy Outreach Specialist to help us build relationships with football academies, tennis academies, sports academies, youth training programmes and elite athlete development organisations across the UK and Middle East.

This is a full-time fixed-salary role. You will be responsible for researching suitable organisations, finding the right decision-makers, sending professional outreach messages, following up, and helping book introductory calls for Otio Academy.

The goal is to introduce Otio Academy to sports academies that support young athletes who may also need structured academic support, tutoring, homework systems, revision support, flexible learning or online education support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Research football, tennis and sports academies across the UK and Middle East.
- Build organised lead lists in Google Sheets.
- Identify decision-makers such as academy directors, education leads, operations managers, programme managers and parent liaison staff.
- Find accurate email addresses, LinkedIn profiles and organisation details.
- Send polite and professional outreach emails and LinkedIn messages.
- Follow up with prospects in a structured and respectful way.
- Book introductory calls for Otio Academy.
- Keep detailed notes of all outreach, replies, follow-ups and call bookings.
- Update lead status clearly inside Google Sheets or CRM.
- Help improve outreach messages based on response rates.
- Provide daily updates on work completed.

Requirements:

- Strong written English.
- Experience with lead generation, appointment setting, sales support, email outreach or LinkedIn outreach.
- Good online research skills.
- Confident writing professional messages to business owners, directors and managers.
- Organised and able to manage a list of leads carefully.
- Reliable internet connection and good communication.
- Experience with education, sports, tutoring, training, coaching or B2B services is a strong advantage.
- Must be willing to complete an OnlineJobs.ph background check before final hiring.
- NBI Clearance preferred.
