JOB OVERVIEW

Otio Academy is looking for a professional, organised and detail-focused Education Outreach Specialist to help us build relationships with UK schools, local authorities, SEN/SEND teams, attendance teams, alternative provision teams and organisations supporting students with additional educational needs or persistent absence.

This is a full-time fixed-salary role. You will research relevant organisations, find the correct decision-makers, send careful and professional outreach messages, follow up, and help book introductory calls for Otio Academy.

The goal is to introduce Otio Academy to organisations that may need structured online learning support, tutoring, academic catch-up, homework systems, revision support or flexible education support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Research UK local authorities, schools, MATs, alternative provision teams, SEN/SEND departments, attendance teams and inclusion teams.
- Build clean and organised lead lists in Google Sheets.
- Identify relevant contacts such as SENCOs, inclusion leads, attendance leads, alternative provision leads, education officers, virtual school teams and local authority commissioners.
- Find accurate organisation information, email addresses and LinkedIn profiles.
- Send professional outreach emails and LinkedIn messages.
- Follow up politely and carefully.
- Help book introductory calls for Otio Academy.
- Keep detailed notes of every lead, message, reply, follow-up and outcome.
- Update lead status clearly in Google Sheets or CRM.
- Help improve outreach scripts based on replies and feedback.
- Provide daily progress updates.

Requirements:

- Excellent written English.
- Experience with lead generation, appointment setting, outreach, education admin, sales support or professional research.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Able to write warm, careful and professional messages.
- Able to work independently and follow a structured outreach process.
- Good Google Sheets skills.
- Experience with UK education, schools, tutoring, SEN/SEND, alternative provision, local authorities or public sector outreach is a major advantage.
- Must be willing to complete an OnlineJobs.ph background check before final hiring.
- NBI Clearance preferred.

Important:

You will not contact children, students, parents or families directly. You will not access student records or sensitive student data. This is professional organisation-to-organisation outreach only.
