JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a detail-oriented eBay Listing, Pricing and Deal Drafting Specialist to help manage product listings and prepare deal-style content.

This role involves watching short product video notes, extracting key details, researching prices, creating eBay listing drafts and helping prepare deal-style draft posts based on examples provided.

Key Responsibilities:

- Watch short video notes of products and accurately extract item details.
- Transcribe product condition, measurements, flaws, features and important selling points.
- Create accurate eBay listing drafts.
- Write keyword-rich eBay titles.
- Fill in eBay item specifics carefully.
- Research prices using eBay sold listings and Terapeak where available.
- Suggest competitive pricing based on condition and market demand.
- Help organise listing information in Google Sheets.
- Draft deal-style posts based on successful examples provided.
- Emulate the structure, tone and layout of sample deal posts.
- Keep all work organised and ready for approval.
- Provide daily updates on listings completed, drafts prepared and items needing review.

HUKD / Deal Drafting Note:

You will not log into my creator account or publish directly. You will only research, draft and prepare content for review. Final posting will be handled by the account owner.

Requirements:

- Excellent English listening and comprehension skills.
- Experience with eBay listing, eBay research, product research, online selling, ecommerce or marketplace admin.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable watching videos and extracting important product details.
- Able to research prices independently.
- Good written English.
- Comfortable working in Google Sheets.
- Reliable internet connection and good communication.
- Experience with UK ecommerce, eBay UK, deal websites or product research is a major advantage.
- Must be willing to complete an OnlineJobs.ph background check before final hiring.
