We are looking for a B2C Customer Support Specialist to join our team and provide exceptional support to customers on a rapidly growing online marketplace.
As one of the first points of contact for customers, you will be responsible for responding to enquiries, building positive customer relationships, and ensuring every interaction delivers a professional and personalised experience.
Responsibilities
* Respond to customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner
* Build and maintain positive customer relationships
* Provide personalised support based on individual customer needs
* Gather and maintain relevant customer information
* Resolve customer issues efficiently or escalate them when necessary
* Maintain accurate records and follow internal processes
* Work collaboratively with tea
* Contribute to customer satisfaction, retention, and overall marketplace growth
Requirements
* Excellent written English and communication skills
* Strong customer service mindset with a professional and patient approach
* Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer conversations simultaneously
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* Comfortable learning and using new systems and software
* Reliable, organised, and able to work independently
* Previous customer support experience is preferred but not required
Starting salary will be on an hourly basis with huge scope to move up and progress through our team based on individual performance and displays of professionalism within our company
Full training will be provided to successful applicants.
