We are looking for an experienced Fraud Analyst / Admin Specialist to join our growing team full-time.
In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring transactions, identifying suspicious activity, investigating potential fraud, maintaining accurate records, and helping protect the business from fraudulent behavior. You will also assist with administrative tasks, reporting, and tracking key operational metrics.
Responsibilities:
* Monitor accounts, transactions, and customer activity for potential fraud
* Investigate suspicious activity and escalate issues when necessary
* Maintain fraud reports and documentation
* Track trends, identify risks, and recommend improvements
* Perform administrative tasks and data entry
* Assist with reporting and operational compliance processes
* Work closely with management and other departments to resolve issues
Requirements:
* Previous experience in fraud analysis, risk management, chargebacks, compliance, or a similar role
* Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
* Excellent organizational and administrative abilities
* Proficient with spreadsheets and reporting tools
* Strong written and verbal English communication skills
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
