Customer Support & Social Media Virtual Assistant – Women’s Comfortable Underwear Brand

Pay: $4 USD/hour
Location: Remote (Work From Home)
Position: Full-Time, Long-Term
Experience: No experience required! just enthusiasm — training provided

We are a growing women’s comfortable underwear brand focused on creating everyday essentials that help women feel confident, comfortable, and supported.

We’re looking for a friendly, creative female Virtual Assistant to join our team and help with customer support, social media, and building a positive online community around our brand.

Many of our customers ask personal questions about women’s underwear, sizing, fit, fabrics, and comfort, so we’re looking for someone who can communicate naturally and create a safe, friendly experience for our customers.

This role is also great for someone who understands today’s online culture, social media trends, and how women discover brands through platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. We want someone with a fresh perspective who enjoys creating content ideas, following trends, and helping a modern women’s brand grow.

No previous VA experience is required — we care more about personality, communication skills, creativity, and willingness to learn.

Your Responsibilities
Reply to customer emails, website messages, and social media DMs
Help customers with sizing, fit, comfort, and product questions
Assist with returns, exchanges, and order updates
Post content on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
Reply to comments and engage with our online community
Help research trends, viral content ideas, captions, and competitors
Share ideas for improving our customer experience
Provide feedback from customers to help improve our products

Female and comfortable discussing women’s underwear, sizing, and fit
Creative and understands current social media trends
Active on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, or Facebook
Friendly, patient, and caring when helping customers
Good at written English communication
Organized and responsible while working remotely
Excited to learn and grow with a brand long-term
