ROLE: MEMBER GUIDE Liason
Compensation is $8-$10hr depending on skill 10 hrs /weeks. 3 hrs of will be live calls in zoom with members of the community. Hours will go up to 20 if there is a good fit. After 6 months hourly can go up depending on perfomance and goal reviews.

DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Respond to member questions
• Welcome new members
• Monitor community activity
• Follow up with inactive members
• Track attendance
• Celebrate member wins
• Collect testimonials
• Maintain member records
WEEKLY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Attendance report
• Retention report
• Testimonial collection
• Community engagement summary
MONTHLY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Member satisfaction review
• Community improvement recommendations
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs)
• Member response time under 24 hours
• New member welcome within 12 hours
• Attendance rate above 80%
• Minimum 4 testimonials collected monthly
• Member retention rate above target
PREFERRED SKILLS
• Excellent written English and spoken. Bet authenticity is the best metric
• Customer service experience loves people holding space listening smiling
• Community management experience making sure people are feeling seen heard and understood
• Strong organization skills Have checklist to make work efficiant and easy but also brining some flow in between
• Google Workspace
