Remote | U.S. Business Hours | Project Outsource
Project Outsource is hiring an Outbound Sales & HighLevel CRM Specialist to support a U.S.-based premium custom home builder.
This role is a mix of outbound calling, appointment setting, lead follow-up, and GoHighLevel pipeline management. We are looking for someone who is confident on the phone and organized enough to keep the CRM clean, updated, and moving.
This is not a purely admin role. You must be willing and able to make outbound calls daily.
About the Role
You will help manage and convert leads for a high-ticket custom home builder. The client works with prospects who may be considering luxury or custom home builds, as well as realtors, buyer agents, architects, and referral partners.
Your job is to follow up with leads, qualify opportunities, book discovery calls, and make sure every interaction is properly tracked inside GoHighLevel.
Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to warm and cold leads.
Follow up with prospects from
Call realtors, buyer agents, landowners, architects, and referral partners.
Qualify leads based on project fit, land ownership, budget readiness, timeline, and level of intent.
Book qualified discovery calls with the client.
Confirm appointments and help reduce no-shows.
Log clear call notes inside GoHighLevel.
Update pipeline stages and opportunity records.
Create and complete follow-up tasks.
Monitor replies, missed calls, SMS responses, and
Keep the CRM clean, organized, and accurate.
Flag high-intent leads for immediate attention.
Track call outcomes, booked meetings, attended meetings, and follow-up status.
Help improve call scripts, follow-up flows, and CRM processes over time.
Must-Have Qualifications
Proven outbound calling, appointment setting, SDR, or sales support experience.
Strong spoken English with minimal accent concerns.
Comfortable speaking with U.S.-based prospects.
Experience using GoHighLevel or a similar CRM.
Strong CRM hygiene and attention to detail.
Ability to qualify leads naturally without sounding robotic.
Comfortable working during U.S. business hours.
Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace.
Strong follow-through and task ownership.
Comfortable making calls every shift, not just “when there is time.”
Nice to Have
Experience with real estate, construction, home services, architecture, insurance, mortgage, or high-ticket sales.
Experience calling realtors, agents, referral partners, or professional networks.
Experience using GoHighLevel pipelines, tasks, tags, SMS, calls, workflows, and opportunities.
Experience booking meetings for business owners, founders, or sales executives.
Experience handling objections and qualifying prospects before scheduling calls.
Ideal Candidate
You are confident on the phone, but you are also organized enough to manage the backend properly.
You know how to open a conversation, ask smart questions, listen for buying intent, and determine whether someone should be moved forward. You do not just book anyone who answers the phone. You understand that a good appointment is one where the prospect knows why they are meeting and is actually qualified to have the conversation.
You are also not the type of person who avoids calls by “cleaning the CRM” all day. The CRM matters, but the phone is the priority.
