Acendia International is a fast?growing digital growth firm helping businesses across Western markets increase enquiries, attract more paying clients, and scale revenue through proven search and marketing solutions.
We have built a complete sales engine, and now we are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to take full ownership of performance, lead the team, and drive consistent growth.
The Role
You will oversee the entire sales cycle across the company, including outreach, conversion, closing, and onboarding:
Oversee and manage the outreach and lead generation team, ensuring consistent lead flow and quality standards
Monitor and improve conversion rates at every stage: lead qualification, presentation, closing, and client onboarding
Lead high?value closing presentations and handle escalated or complex deals when required
Train and coach the sales team in proven closing techniques — Be familiar with the Full Assumptive Close, Feel?Felt?Found, Alternative Choice Closing, and structured objection handling
Refine and improve our sales processes, scripts, and documentation to increase results
Maintain accurate records in our CRM, track key performance indicators, and provide regular progress reports
Ensure smooth handover from sales to delivery/onboarding teams to reduce drop?off and maintain client satisfaction
What We Are Looking For
We want someone who is not only a strong closer themselves but also has the ability to teach and lead others to succeed.
5+ years of proven experience in B2B sales, plus 2+ years in a sales management or coaching role
Hands?on experience using structured closing techniques including Feel?Felt?Found and Alternative Choice Closing
Proven track record of training teams to apply these methods and improve conversion rates
Experience selling to business owners and decision?makers across Western markets
Background in marketing, SEO, business growth services, or consulting is highly preferred
Confident, articulate, and professional communication style with clear phone presence
Fluent written and spoken English, plus reliable high?speed internet connection
Self?motivated, organised, results?driven, and able to work independently in a remote environment
