JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a dedicated and responsive Customer Service Agent to join our fast-growing e-commerce brand.

This is a remote, task-based position where you'll handle customer inquiries via email and chat. You’ll be expected to respond quickly, follow clear guidelines, and always represent the brand with professionalism and care.

We provide full training and templates — your role is to apply our instructions efficiently, not create new processes.
