JOB OVERVIEW

SALARY: PHP 45,000 to PHP 90,000 per month, depending on experience, communication skills, sales ability, and industry knowledge

We are looking for someone who can help us build authority, relationships, and sales opportunities in the lead generation and performance marketing industry.

This is not a basic VA job.

This is a sales, business development, outreach, partnerships, and community presence role.

We run performance marketing and lead generation businesses. We create exclusive lead generation packages for buyers, advertisers, agencies, and partners who want high-quality leads in specific verticals.

Your job is to help us become more visible, respected, and connected in the right online communities, so people know us, trust us, and come to us when they need exclusive lead generation packages.

You will help maintain our presence inside industry communities, forums, Facebook groups, LinkedIn, Telegram, Skype, newsletters, and other places where lead buyers, CPA networks, affiliate networks, agencies, advertisers, and performance marketers spend time.

The goal is simple:

Build trust, create conversations, and generate business opportunities.

====================
WHAT YOU WILL DO
================

SECTION 01: COMMUNITY PRESENCE AND AUTHORITY BUILDING

You will help us stay active and visible in relevant online communities.

COMMUNITY: Affiliate marketing forums

COMMUNITY: LinkedIn groups
COMMUNITY: Telegram groups
COMMUNITY: Skype groups
COMMUNITY: CPA network communities
COMMUNITY: Performance marketing communities
COMMUNITY: Agency owner communities
COMMUNITY: Media buying groups
COMMUNITY: Industry newsletters
COMMUNITY: Conference communities and attendee groups

Your job is not to spam.

Your job is to build credibility.

You will look for conversations where we can add value, answer questions, share insights, make smart comments, and connect with the right people.

We want people in the industry to see our name often and associate us with serious lead generation, paid media, and exclusive lead packages.

SECTION 02: OUTREACH AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

You will help find and contact potential buyers, partners, and referral sources.

TARGET: Lead buyers
TARGET: Call buyers
TARGET: CPA networks
TARGET: Affiliate networks
TARGET: Agencies
TARGET: Advertisers
TARGET: Offer owners
TARGET: Brokers
TARGET: Performance marketers
TARGET: Traffic source reps
TARGET: Industry operators
TARGET: Companies buying leads in specific verticals

You will start conversations through:

CHANNEL: LinkedIn
CHANNEL: Email
CHANNEL: Telegram
CHANNEL: Skype
CHANNEL: Facebook groups
CHANNEL: Forums
CHANNEL: Contact forms
CHANNEL: Industry directories
CHANNEL: Conference lists
CHANNEL: Warm introductions

Your goal is to create qualified conversations and help book calls.

You do not need to close every deal yourself, but you must be able to open doors, build rapport, follow up, and move people toward a serious business conversation.

SECTION 03: LEAD BUYER PROSPECTING

You will help us find companies that may want to buy exclusive leads.

RESEARCH: Who is buying leads in specific verticals
RESEARCH: Which companies are advertising heavily
RESEARCH: Which companies have lead forms on their websites
RESEARCH: Which companies work with agencies or affiliates
RESEARCH: Which companies are expanding
RESEARCH: Which buyers may want exclusive lead packages
RESEARCH: Which verticals have strong buyer demand
RESEARCH: Which companies are likely already buying shared leads and may want better quality

You will build lists of potential buyers and organize them in a CRM or spreadsheet.

Each prospect should include useful details such as:

FIELD: Company name
FIELD: Website
FIELD: Vertical
FIELD: Contact person
FIELD: Role
FIELD: LinkedIn profile
FIELD: Email if available
FIELD: Phone if available
FIELD: Why they may be a good buyer
FIELD: What offer or lead package may interest them
FIELD: Outreach status

TASK: Track every conversation
TASK: Set follow-up reminders
TASK: Record what each person wants
TASK: Update deal status
TASK: Keep notes from calls
TASK: Prepare summaries for me
TASK: Make sure no opportunity gets forgotten

If someone replies, we follow up.

If someone asks for more info, we send it.

If someone is not ready now, we keep the relationship warm.

If someone mentions another buyer or partner, we save it and follow the trail.

SECTION 05: LINKEDIN PRESENCE AND COMMENT STRATEGY

You may help maintain and grow my LinkedIn presence.

TASK: Reply to relevant comments
TASK: Send lead magnets or resources to people who engage
TASK: Start conversations with people who like or comment
TASK: Find posts where we should comment
TASK: Write smart comment suggestions
TASK: Connect with relevant people
TASK: Track warm leads from LinkedIn
TASK: Turn engagement into conversations

The goal is to make LinkedIn a relationship and deal-generation channel, not just a posting platform.

You will monitor what is happening in the lead generation and performance marketing space.

SIGNAL: Buyers looking for volume

SIGNAL: Companies hiring for growth or media buying
SIGNAL: New offers launching
SIGNAL: Competitors expanding into new verticals
SIGNAL: People asking for lead vendors
SIGNAL: People looking for calls, leads, or appointments
SIGNAL: People talking about problems we can solve

When you see a signal, you should think:

QUESTION: Is this a potential buyer?
QUESTION: Is this a possible partner?
QUESTION: Should we comment?
QUESTION: Should we message them?
QUESTION: Should we build a package for this niche?
QUESTION: Should this become a sales opportunity?

SECTION 07: SALES SUPPORT

TASK: Researching the company before a call
TASK: Writing follow-up messages
TASK: Sending pitch decks or information
TASK: Tracking deal stages
TASK: Keeping prospects warm
TASK: Asking smart qualification questions
TASK: Helping organize buyer requirements

Before a call, I may ask you to prepare:

BRIEF: Who the person is
BRIEF: What the company does
BRIEF: What verticals they work in
BRIEF: Whether they buy leads, calls, appointments, or traffic
BRIEF: Why they may be a good fit

That is the type of person I am looking for.
