ABOUT US:
We're a creative agency producing performance-driven
video ads for ecom/DTC brands (health, wellness,
beauty niches). We work with AI-generated content
(Higgsfield, Kling, Midjourney) and need someone
to own our quality control and production workflow.
??????????????????????
THE ROLE:
You'll be the bridge between our editors and
the founders. Editors submit work to you, you
review against our standards, send back revisions
with clear notes, and once approved, you finalize
and send the final version to us.
We should only ever see polished, ready-to-deliver
videos.
??????????????????????
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
? Review videos against our QA checklist
(consistency, audio, captions, pacing)
? Give clear, specific feedback to editors
for revisions
? Track revision cycles and editor performance
? Manage project timelines and deadlines
? Finalize approved videos and send to founders
? Maintain organized project tracking (Trello/Drive)
? Flag any quality issues or trends to founders
??????????????????????
YOU'RE A FIT IF:
? You have experience managing teams or
reviewing creative work (video, design, content)
? You're detail-oriented - you notice small
inconsistencies others miss
? You can give direct feedback without being
harsh or vague
? You're organized and can manage multiple
projects/deadlines
? You have strong English communication
(written and verbal)
? Available for daily overlap with
GMT+5 timezone (Pakistan)
??????????????????????
NICE TO HAVE (not required):
? Video editing background (helps you
understand what you're reviewing)
? Experience with ecom/direct response ads
? Familiarity with AI generation tools
??????????????????????
YOU'RE NOT A FIT IF:
? You need heavy supervision to make decisions
? You avoid giving critical feedback
? You're not comfortable managing people
slightly senior to you in skill (editors
may be better at editing - your job is
QUALITY STANDARDS, not editing skill)
??????????????????????
