?? This is a full-time, exclusive role. We need someone fully committed to us only — NOT someone juggling another job or other clients. If you currently have another job on this site or elsewhere, please do not apply.
About Us
We are Nationwide Migration & Education, an established Australian migration and education agency. We help individuals and families with visas, education, and settlement across Australia and New Zealand. Our marketing reaches employers, skilled workers, students, and investors, and we need a sharp, reliable marketing leader to own and grow our digital presence.
About the Role
This is a Marketing Team Leader role. You won't be doing everything alone — there are other people in the team — but you must personally be skilled in every area below, because you will lead the work, set the standard, and make sure things actually get done and published on time.
If you are a hands-on marketer who can both create and coordinate, this role is for you.
What You'll Do
Facebook
Graphic design — create branded social posts, ads, and marketing material (Canva or similar)
Video editing — edit short videos and reels in CapCut
Social media scheduling — plan and schedule posts across our platforms
Community management — respond to comments, DMs and messages promptly and professionally
GoHighLevel (GHL) — manage the platform day to day
Email
Newsletters & blogs — write, format and publish newsletters and blog posts
Website management — keep our website updated and running
Team calendars — manage and coordinate team calendars and scheduling
Lead the marketing function — keep the team organised, on-brief and on-deadline
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in all the areas above (not just one or two)
Fully committed, full-time — this must be your only job (no other clients or employers)
Available and online 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Brisbane time, Mon–Fri, ready to join calls
Strong English — written and spoken
Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (this is important — please don't apply without it)
Experience running
Reliable, organised, proactive — a true team leader, not just a task-taker
Stable internet, a working computer, and a quiet work-from-home setup
Available to start immediately
