Primary Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations within Amazon Seller Central.
- Monitor listing health, account performance, and marketplace compliance.
- Ensure product listings are accurate, optimized, and up to date.
- Monitor inventory levels and stock availability.
- Track inventory performance and identify replenishment needs.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Analyze sales, inventory, advertising, and operational metrics.
- Create and manage support cases with Amazon.
- Investigate discrepancies related to inventory, reimbursements, shipments, and account issues.
- Raise dispute tickets and follow up until resolution.
- Working Hours: Pacific Standard Time (PST)
Requirements
- Proven experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts.
- Strong understanding of Amazon marketplace operations and policies.
- Experience with Walmart Marketplace is preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Consumer electronics or audio product experience.
- Inventory planning and forecasting.
- Amazon reimbursement and dispute management.
- Marketplace reporting and KPI analysis.
