JOB OVERVIEW

Marketing Specialist (PART-TIME) — LOVY | ----------

Location: Remote (Philippines-based preferred)
Employment Type: Part-time; 4 hours a day
Rate: $800/month + performance bonuses
Hours: 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM CET overlap required

Lovy ( ---------- ) is a fast-growing women's health brand. Our flagship product, UroControl, helps women over 50 reclaim comfort and confidence by addressing the root causes of bladder leaks and urgency. We scale entirely through paid social — Meta ads are our primary growth engine, and we move fast.

We're a small, performance-driven team. No bureaucracy, no fluff. You'll work directly with the founders.

THIS IS FOR YOU IF:

- You have 3+ years of real, hands-on experience inside Meta Ads Manager for an ecommerce or DTC brand
- You are obsessively detail-oriented — you triple-check before hitting publish
- You catch problems before they're pointed out to you
- Your English communication is clear and professional (written)
- You are available for at least 4 hours overlap with CET
- You want a stable, long-term role — not a quick gig

THIS IS NOT FOR YOU IF:

- Your Meta experience is mostly watching tutorials or managing boosted posts
- You need constant follow-ups to complete tasks
- You've never supported a DTC ecommerce brand
- You ghost, miss deadlines, or treat part-time as "whenever I feel like it"

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

- Upload new ad creatives (images, videos, copy) into existing campaigns
- Pull weekly performance reports and on-request reports
- Flag anomalies: CPMs, CTRs, spend pacing — before they become problems
- Maintain our creative tracker (Notion / Google Sheets)
- Log tasks and updates in ClickUp
- Summarize report data in plain English — no jargon, just clear takeaways
