JOB OVERVIEW

We are a nationwide vacant land wholesaling company hiring an experienced closer to talk to sellers, build rapport, negotiate, and get contracts signed. This is the most important role on our team and we pay accordingly: base hourly plus commission on every deal you close. This is a long term, full time seat for a true closer.

This role is only for people with perfect spoken English and real closing experience. If you have not closed deals over the phone before, this is not the role for you.

What you will be doing:

Calling and following up with motivated sellers of vacant land

Building rapport, uncovering motivation, and negotiating on price

Getting sellers to agree on a number and collecting their info to send to contract

Comping land so you know your numbers cold (we will teach you our formula)

Logging every conversation and next step in the CRM

Hitting daily talk time and follow up standards

What we require:

Near perfect spoken English with a clear, friendly phone presence

Real, provable experience closing deals over the phone, real estate strongly preferred

Confidence handling objections without getting flustered or pushy

Reliable, coachable, and hungry to earn

Full time availability with overlap to US Eastern business hours

Pay:

$4 per hour base to start
Up to $150 dollars commission on every deal you close, paid when the deal closes. Our target is up to a sale a day, with no cap on earnings for you!

The better you close, the more you make. Strong closers here earn well above a standard VA
