JOB OVERVIEW

We are a nationwide vacant land wholesaling company looking for an experienced real estate virtual assistant to help run our acquisitions and day to day operations. This is a long term, full time role for the right person. We work with sellers of vacant land and with the builders and investors who buy those lots, and we move deals fast.

What you will be doing:

Monitoring and managing our SMS campaigns, then replying to and qualifying seller leads

Keeping our CRM clean and up to date and moving leads through the pipeline

Researching and shortlisting new markets and communities with uniform lots, active builders, and new construction

Comping vacant land off a simple formula we will teach you

Building and maintaining our buyer and investor lists, including what they buy, acreage, and price

Supporting disposition and contract prep as deals come together

What we are looking for:

Real estate VA experience, land or residential

Strong, clear written and spoken English

Comfortable with a CRM, skip tracing, comping, and SMS or dialer platforms

Organized, reliable, and great at follow up

Someone who wants a stable long term role, not a quick gig

Pay and schedule:

$4 per hour to start, with performance bonuses for closed deals
Full time, up to 40 hours per week, with overlap to US Eastern business hours
