Now Hiring: Client Onboarding Specialist (Credit Repair)

Bluprint Solutions Inc. is hiring a detail-oriented Client Onboarding Specialist to be the first point of contact after a client signs on. You are the face of the company at the most important ---------- nt — the handoff from sale to service. Your job is to make every new client feel confident, cared for, and certain their information is in good hands.
What you'll do:

Reach out to every new client promptly after the agreement is signed
Gather all required documents and sensitive personal information securely and professionally
Walk each client through the credit repair process and journey so they fully understand what to expect
Set up the client correctly in our systems and client portal
Deliver an excellent, friendly customer experience that builds trust and prevents confusion (and chargebacks) down the line
Ensure calls are properly recorded and documented

Must have:

Solid understanding of the credit repair process and client journey
Experience handling sensitive documents and personal information with discretion and compliance
Proficiency with: GoHighLevel (GHL), Credit Repair Cloud (CRC), RingCentral, and client portal systems
Excellent spoken and written English — warm, clear, and professional
Friendly, patient, trustworthy, and genuinely good with people
Strong attention to detail and follow-through

Compensation: $450-$500/month
Interview: Final candidates will do a live video call.
