About Us
LifeSupplyUSA is one of the fastest-growing e-commerce retailers of household essentials in the United States. We specialize in air filters, HVAC filters, extension cords, and home goods. We sell across Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, and additional marketplaces with a lean, high-performance remote team. We are scaling fast and we need a sharp, detail-obsessed Catalog Manager to help us own and grow our product catalog across every channel.
The Role
We are hiring a Catalog Manager to own the day-to-day execution, accuracy, and performance of our product catalog across Amazon and our other e-commerce channels.
This is not a data-entry role. This is an ownership role.
You will be responsible for the quality, completeness, and compliance of every listing in our catalog. You will identify problems before they affect sales, execute improvements with speed and precision, and work closely with our Catalog Operations Lead, Designer, and Sourcing team to keep our listings competitive and conversion-ready.
If a listing is suppressed, inaccurate, or underperforming, it is your job to find it and fix it before anyone else notices.
What You Will Own
Listing Management. Own the creation, optimization, and maintenance of product listings across Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, Walmart, and additional channels. Titles, bullets, descriptions, images, A+ content, and backend keywords meet the highest standards at all times.
Suppression and Compliance Monitoring. Monitor the catalog daily for suppressed, stranded, or flagged listings. Resolve issues quickly and document root cause to prevent recurrence.
New SKU Launches. Execute new product listing builds end to end: title creation, keyword research, image uploads, variation setup, and launch readiness checks.
Variation and Parent-Child Structure. Build and maintain clean, accurate variation families. Identify opportunities to consolidate single listings into multi-pack or bundled structures.
Keyword and SEO Optimization. Conduct regular keyword audits and implement updates to improve organic ranking and conversion across the catalog.
Content Quality Control. Review listings for accuracy, compliance, and brand consistency. Flag and correct errors in titles, attributes, categories, and backend fields.
Cross-Team Coordination. Work closely with the Catalog Operations Lead, Designer, and Sourcing team so new launches, repackaging projects, and content updates are executed on time and to standard.
Catalog Reporting. Maintain accurate catalog health reports. Track suppression rates, listing completeness scores, and content update progress. Report weekly to the Catalog Operations Lead.
Your KPI Scorecard
Active listing suppression rate: 0?talog completeness (all required fields populated): 98% or higher
New SKU launch accuracy (no errors at go-live): 100%
Keyword audit cycle: 100% of catalog reviewed monthly
Content update turnaround: 48 hours or less for standard updates
Weekly report timeliness: 100%
