JOB OVERVIEW

**Now Hiring: Head of Billing / Accounts Receivable Specialist (Credit Repair)**

Bluprint Solutions Inc. is a growing credit repair and business credit consulting firm looking for an experienced, detail-oriented **Head of Billing** to own our accounts receivable and declined-payment recovery process.

This is not an entry-level role. We need someone who already knows the credit repair industry and has a proven track record of recovering funds, chasing down declined payments, and keeping revenue flowing.

**What you'll do:**
- Manage and recover all accounts receivable for the company
- Work declined payments daily until resolved — including calling each client with a declined payment **6 times per day** (2 morning, 2 afternoon, 2 evening, all before 8:00 PM their time)
- Track, document, and report on collection activity inside our systems
- Communicate with clients professionally, firmly, and with empathy

**Must have:**
- Hands-on **credit repair industry experience and/or Billing Recovery Experience**
- Proven experience **retrieving funds / recovering declined payments / managing A/R** for a company
- Proficiency with: **GoHighLevel (GHL), Credit Repair Cloud (CRC), ---------- , Billsby**, and related billing/payment platforms
- **Excellent spoken AND written English** (you'll be on calls and writing client emails)
- Likable, trustworthy, takes initiative, and has a strong work ethic
- Detail-oriented

**Compensation:** $3.50/hour (approximately $560/month at 40 hrs/week, full-time starting)

**Interview:** Final candidates will do a **live video call** so we can see how you present and carry yourself.
