JOB OVERVIEW

Creative Strategist — Remote
Requirement: track record of producing ads that scale for 8-9 figure brands

We're not looking for someone to "assist" or "support" a creative team.
We're looking for someone to lead one.

This is your chance to join a fast growing DTC brand with a simple goal: become the category leader. We've got strong product, strong offer, and strong data. What we're building now is a world-class creative operation — and this role is the centerpiece of that.

What This Role Actually Is:

You'll own your own pod. Two editors, a roster of UGC creators, and full creative authority over the concepts, hooks, and angles that go to market under your direction.

You won't be executing someone else's system. You'll be bringing your own.

Who We're Looking For:
You have a genuine track record. Not "I worked at an agency that worked with big brands." You personally conceived and developed ad concepts that scaled for 8 or 9 figure brands.

You think in avatars, not audiences. You understand that the creative IS the targeting, and you know how to write to a specific person in a way that makes them feel like the ad was made for them.

You have strong opinions about what makes ads work and lose. You're not waiting on data to tell you something is bad — you already know, and you can articulate why.

You're done being one of five strategists. You want ownership.

What You'll Do:

- Develop and own the full creative strategy for your pod — concepts, hooks, formats, angles

- Brief and direct UGC creators to produce content that performs, not just content that looks good

- Manage two editors with clear direction and high standards

- Build and iterate your testing framework, not ours
Report on performance and make the calls on what scales and what gets cut

What We're NOT Looking For:

Someone who needs a detailed brief to get started
Someone whose best work was done by the team around them
Someone who equates "polished" with "good"
Someone looking for a lateral move with a new logo on their resume

Compensation
This role is paid at a top of the market salary + fantastic performance bonus. If you're the right person, we'll make it work.
