About This Opportunity
We have the ideas. We need the executor.
We are a healthcare consulting firm based in the US. We move fast and hold ourselves to a high standard. We are hiring a Workflow and SOP Specialist to turn ideas and rough processes into clean, documented systems our teams can actually follow. This is not a passive documentation role. You will build workflows from scratch, create checklists, and keep everything current as our operations evolve. If you love organizing complexity and thrive when given a problem to solve, this role is for you.

- Turn verbal instructions and rough outlines into clear, step-by-step process documents.
- Create detailed checklists for recurring tasks, onboarding steps, audits, and compliance activities.
- Maintain and update existing SOPs as processes change.
- Work inside proprietary healthcare operations platforms to build workflows directly in the system.
- Flag gaps and broken steps in existing processes and propose fixes.
- Organize all documentation in a clean, retrievable structure.

- Proven experience writing SOPs and workflow guides in a healthcare, medical billing, or healthcare administrative setting.
- Experience creating operational checklists used by real teams.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Teams for daily communication.
