JOB OVERVIEW

We're a fast-growing U.S. education company that trains licensed real estate agents to transition into a new business. Our offer is high-ticket and our calls are with serious, professional U.S. agents — so how you sound and how you connect on the phone matters more than anything else.

We're hiring an Appointment Setter to be the first human voice our applicants hear. This is a phone-and-text role, not a back-office one. If you have a clear, neutral American-sounding accent, real warmth on the phone, and you've set or closed appointments before, keep reading.

What you'll do every day:

Call new applicants fast (within minutes of them applying) while their interest is hot
Follow up — by call and text — with people who applied but didn't book a call yet
Build quick rapport, answer basic questions, and get them booked onto our closer's calendar
Confirm and remind booked appointments so people actually show up
Keep our CRM clean and log every touch

You're a great fit if you:

Have a clear, neutral or American-sounding accent — this is non-negotiable and we will listen for it
Have experience as an appointment setter, SDR, or closer (high-ticket / coaching / info / agency a big plus)
Can work full-time on U.S. Pacific business hours
Have reliable high-speed internet, a good headset, and a quiet place to take calls
Are coachable — we'll give you a proven script and recordings of our best calls to learn from
Are warm, high-energy, and comfortable handling a soft "I'm not sure this is for me"

Compensation (transparent):

$8/hour base
Bonus for every qualified call that books AND shows up (not just books)
% of cash collected on deals that come from calls you booked
We pay weekly and we promote from within, strong setters here move up.

This isn't a churn-and-burn role. We hand you a tested call framework and a library of recorded calls so you're set up to win, not thrown to the wolves.
