We are looking for a smart, fast, self-motivated Amazon Marketplace & Growth Manager in the Philippines to take ownership of our Amazon marketplace.
This is not a simple product-listing job.
We already have many physical products, but most of our products are not yet listed on Amazon. Some products that are already listed need changes, better photos, better descriptions, better keywords, stronger branding, and improved advertising.
We are looking for someone who can eventually run the full Amazon department independently. In the beginning, you will be the main person handling Amazon. As the business grows, we plan to bring more people under you, so this role can grow into a leadership position.
We need someone who can think, move fast, use AI well, solve problems, and take full ownership.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
You will help us build, organize, and grow our Amazon presence.
Your responsibilities may include:
Learning and understanding our products deeply
Creating new Amazon listings for products that are not yet listed
Improving existing Amazon listings
Writing and optimizing product titles, bullet points, descriptions, keywords, and backend search terms
Organizing product information, photos, variations, pricing, and categories
Creating and managing variation listings
Researching competitors and finding ways to improve our listings
Working with our product, design, customer service, warehouse, and website teams
Making sure listings are accurate, clear, and easy for customers to understand
Helping guide what product images, lifestyle images, comparison images, and infographics are needed
Monitoring listing issues, suppressed listings, errors, stranded inventory, and account health
Managing catalog issues and fixing problems inside Amazon Seller Central
Creating systems and SOPs as we grow
Using AI tools properly to move faster and improve quality
Thinking ahead and bringing solutions, not just waiting for instructions
Brand Registry & Brand Growth
Experience with Amazon Brand Registry is a strong plus.

We want to build a strong Amazon presence that looks professional, builds trust, and helps customers understand why they should buy from us.
Amazon Advertising / PPC
Experience with Amazon advertising is very helpful.
You may be responsible for managing or helping manage:
Sponsored Products campaigns
Sponsored Brands campaigns
Sponsored Display campaigns
Keyword research for Amazon ads
Campaign structure
Bids, budgets, and negative keywords
Search term reports
ACOS, ROAS, CTR, CPC, conversion rate, and profitability
Testing which products are worth advertising
Improving listings so advertising performs better
We are not looking for someone who only “turns on ads.”
We need someone who can think through the full Amazon growth strategy: better listings, better images, stronger keywords, correct catalog setup, strong brand presence, and advertising that is actually profitable.

We need someone who can look at a product, understand what the customer needs to know, figure out what is missing, and push the project forward.
This role is for someone who wants to grow with the company and eventually lead the Amazon side of the business.
